As the new Antares E2 is designed to be operated piloted and operation unmanned as an RPAS is an option for it. The ongoing regulations are mandatory for the future of the offerings. RPAS 2018 focusses on RPAS-related standards (open & specific operational categories), standard scenarios (specific operational category), as well as RPAS-related matters will be decided on a national level, but ideally should be harmonized on a European level. At RPAS 2018, the members of civil drone councils & national drone associations, will be actively involved in defining their future.
