GPEC General Police Equipment Exhibition & Conference

March 10, 2019

GPEC® digital 2019 as special edition concentrates on the “Digitization of Public Security”. The “digital transformation” of public security is not just a task of a century but sometimes also a keyword without much substance. Together with experts from authorities and the industry we want to fill this with real life and want to make digital technologies preferably more tangible for Police and security authorities.

Since the inauguration event in 2000 GPEC® has developed to be Europe’s biggest closed specialized trade fair for Police and security authorities. The event is regularly held under the patronage of the Federal Minister of the Interior. GPEC® comprises all subject areas, serves as One Stop Shop with regards to resource conservation with authorities and is in constant exchange about current requirements. A framework programme including conferences, official working group meetings and practical trainings makes GPEC®again and again to be an indispensable branch forum for top leadership personnel, procurers, technicians and end users on Federal and Länder level, from Germany and all over the world.

GPEC® digital 2019 is not open to the public – it is only accessible for visitors from national and international security authorities presenting a service ID card.

Access is granted to: decision makers, executives, procurers, technicians, instructors and end users from police, border guard, customs, justice, prison service and government intelligence and security services as well as special task force and infantry units of armed forces and members of other government departments and authorities using police technologies, professional ICT, security and rescue technology as well as special equipment. Members of parliament responsible for security tasks or budget matters are also admitted.
