1st milestone to the maiden-flight - finish of fuselage

The countdown to the maiden flight of the Antares E2 is coming to its final stage now. The fuselage is completely set-up with cables, wires, control-equipment, a tyre and - last but not least - the cabin and its glass.

Today it came back from varnishing and the final finish is being done. The only thing left is the license plate, coming soon.

The next step is the varnishing of the wings and then - the final assembly.

We will keep you updated and it will be an exiting summer anyhow. What we see in the actual news from the forest situation - as well in Germany - the services of the Antares E2 is highly demanded. As forest fire observation is one of the key offerings it will bring a good contribution to preventing a loss of forest due to fire events.
